RETURN POLICY

FONTS

Winston Type Company are not returnable or refundable once downloaded or received by email. Winston Type Company can be returned or exchanged only if they are found to be defective and we are notified within 7 days of the order. If there is a problem with your order, please inform us within 24 hours of purchase, and we will try to solve the situation.

MERCH AND OTHER PRODUCTS

New, unopened and unused physical items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of purchase. In such cases, we will issue a credit note or simply refund the purchase price to your PayPal account, but we cannot reimburse any shipping costs. Please inform us before returning the products. Items that are either opened or returned more than 30 days after the date of purchase may not be returned.
